Eligibility for Returns:

Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, you are eligible for a return.
Size Issues: If the product does not fit, you may return it for a different size.

Non-Eligibility for Returns:

Offers and Coupons: Products purchased as part of offers or using coupons are not eligible for returns.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Initiate Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
Return Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back to us.
Return Shipment: Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
